Promeo MOD APK (Premium Unlocked)

Promeo MOD APK is the file people go looking for the moment they fall in love with the app and hit the paywall. Promeo — Story & Reels Maker by CyberLink Corp — is one of the slickest template-based video editors on Android: more than 10,000 ready-to-use templates, a stock library powered by Shutterstock, royalty-free music, and AI tools that turn a plain photo into a polished reel in minutes. It has over a million downloads and a 4.4-star average from more than 7,000 ratings. The catch is the premium subscription — the best templates and the full stock library sit behind an annual paywall. That is exactly why the Promeo MOD APK exists: HappyMod lists a v8.4.2 build tagged “paid for free,” with the paid features opened, ads removed, and a mod menu included. In this APKPoor guide to the Promeo MOD APK, you will get the full picture — what the modded build offers, every major feature, how Promeo compares to CapCut and Canva, a safe install walkthrough, and honest answers to the questions people actually ask about the Promeo MOD APK download.

Why does the mod matter so much for this particular app? Because Promeo is a template app, and in a template app the paywall is the product. The free version gives you a taste — a rotating selection of templates, basic editing tools — while the premium tier unlocks the full 10,000+ template catalog and unrestricted access to the Shutterstock-powered stock photos, videos, and music. If you are making content daily for Instagram, TikTok, or a small business page, the difference between the free and premium libraries is the difference between “looks fine” and “looks professional.” A Promeo MOD APK download with the paid features opened closes that gap in one install: every premium template, the complete stock library, and no ads interrupting your workflow. Below is everything you need to know before you install the Promeo MOD APK — the app info, the features, the comparison, and the verdict.

What Is Promeo MOD APK? (Snippet)

Promeo MOD APK App Info

A quick note on the package name: Promeo was previously published as “AdDirector — Video Maker for Business,” which is why the Android package is still com.cyberlink.addirector. Same app, same developer (CyberLink Corp, the company behind PowerDirector), new name. If you see “AdDirector” referenced in older guides or on mod catalogs, it is the same Promeo MOD APK lineage — not a different app.

Promeo MOD APK Features

Here is what the app actually does, feature by feature — the complete Promeo MOD APK feature tour — and what the modded build changes about each of them. Everything below is drawn from the app’s current Play Store listing and the catalog-listed Promeo MOD APK build notes.

10,000+ Ready-to-Use Templates

This is the heart of Promeo. The app ships with more than ten thousand editable templates spanning education, beauty, real estate, food, automotive, fashion, travel, sports & fitness, health & wellness, business & finance — plus seasonal and promotion-specific collections, with new designs added every month. Pick a template, swap in your text and media, and you have a finished design. In the official app, the best of these templates are premium-only. In the Promeo MOD APK, the paid features are opened, so the full template catalog is usable — this single change is the reason most people search for a Promeo MOD APK download in the first place.

Shutterstock Stock Library

Promeo bundles a vast library of stock photos, videos, and music powered by Shutterstock. No blank-canvas anxiety: if you do not have the perfect product shot or background clip, the stock library probably does. Premium access removes the usage restrictions on this library, which is exactly what “paid for free” unlocks in the modded build. For small businesses running their own social accounts, this is effectively a design agency in an app.

Royalty-Free Music

Videos need sound. Promeo includes a large selection of royalty-free music tracks — the current listing notes 10,000+ high-quality tracks downloadable from the Meta Sound Collection platform — so your reels and stories ship with properly licensed audio. No more muting your own video because the background track got flagged.

AI Creation Tools

CyberLink has been layering AI features into Promeo at a fast clip, and they are genuinely useful rather than gimmicky:

• AI Try-On — create fashion looks with multiple clothing items and accessories, or preview the same outfit on different models to explore styles instantly.
• AI Product Modeling — upload a product image, pick a model, and let AI generate marketing visuals for ads, e-commerce, and social posts.
• Image to Video — turn still images into video clips using AI video models (the listing names Kling O3 and Vidu Q3).
• AI Stickers — transform your text into animated, captioned stickers.
• Magic Cutouts — automatically separate an object from its background and drop it into a template for clean product photos.

Several of these AI tools sit behind the premium tier in the official app — another reason the Promeo MOD APK with paid features opened is the version power users prefer.

Three-Step Creation Workflow

Promeo’s whole pitch is “stunning videos in 3 simple steps”: pick a template, customize the message/colors/media, then publish and share anywhere. There is no timeline to learn, no keyframes to fiddle with. If CapCut is a video editor that happens to have templates, Promeo is a template machine that happens to edit — and for reels, stories, and promo posts, that focus is a feature, not a limitation.

Formats for Every Platform

One-tap formatting covers Instagram Stories, Reels and Posts, YouTube Shorts plus intros and outros, Facebook posts and videos, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X — plus video ads, product demos, tutorials, and explainer videos. You design once and export in the right aspect ratio for each platform instead of rebuilding the same post five times.

100+ Fonts, Filters, and Text Effects

Over a hundred fonts, exclusive color filters, and newer additions like enhanced text effects and a magazine layout format give finished designs a consistent brand look. Combined with the color palette tool, a small business can keep every post on-brand without touching desktop software.

No Ads (MOD)

The catalog-listed Promeo MOD APK build removes in-app ads — listed explicitly in the mod info as “without ads.” Anyone who has lost their flow mid-edit to a full-screen interstitial will understand why this is in the feature list.

Mod Menu (MOD)

The v8.4.2 modded build ships with a mod menu, per the HappyMod listing — the standard way these builds expose their toggles. Per the standing policy on this site, mod functionality itself is not verified in-app; the file is sanity-checked (valid APK, correct package, not corrupted) before upload.

Promeo MOD APK vs Competitors

The template-based creator space is crowded. Here is how a Promeo MOD APK download stacks up against the apps people compare it with most, so your choice is informed before you install anything.

The honest read: if you want a full video editor with keyframes and transitions, CapCut wins and a Promeo MOD APK will not replace it. If you want presentation decks and documents, Canva wins. But if your actual job is “make this week’s promos, stories, and reels look professional without hiring a designer,” Promeo’s template-first approach plus the Shutterstock library is purpose-built for exactly that — and the modded build removes the paywall standing between you and the premium catalog. Pair it with a proper editor for longer videos: our Splice guide covers a strong mobile timeline editor, and if your reels need captions, FoxSub handles subtitle styling.

Promeo MOD APK Pros and Cons

How to Download and Install Promeo MOD APK

The file below is the catalog-listed v8.4.2 “paid for free” build — zip-tested and package-checked (com.cyberlink.addirector) before upload. Install it like any APK from outside the Play Store:

1. Download the file using the download button on this page (verified build, served via high-speed host).
2. Allow unknown sources: when Android asks, permit installs from your browser or file manager — this is standard for every Promeo MOD APK download and any APK outside the Play Store.
3. Open the APK from your downloads and tap Install.
4. Launch Promeo — the mod menu and opened premium features should be available from the start. If Android shows a Play Protect warning, that is normal for sideloaded APKs and not specific to this file.
5. Optional: sign in if you want your projects synced, then start from any template.

Troubleshooting: if the installer says “app not installed,” you likely have the Play Store version of Promeo/AdDirector still on the phone — uninstall it first (back up any projects), then retry, since Android will not install over a differently-signed build. If the download button ever serves a stale file, clear your browser cache and retry the Promeo MOD APK download. For playback of your finished exports, VPlayer is a solid lightweight player worth keeping on the same device.

Promeo MOD APK FAQs

What is Promeo MOD APK?

Promeo MOD APK is a modified build of Promeo — Story & Reels Maker by CyberLink Corp with the premium paywall removed. The catalog-listed v8.4.2 build is tagged “paid for free”: paid features are opened, ads are removed, and a mod menu is included — so the full 10,000+ premium template library and the Shutterstock stock library are usable without the annual subscription.

Is Promeo MOD APK safe to install?

The file on this page passes basic sanity checks before upload: it is a valid, uncorrupted APK and its package name matches the genuine Promeo package (com.cyberlink.addirector). That said, any modded APK carries more inherent risk than a Play Store install — download only from pages that verify their files, keep a reputable antivirus on your phone, and avoid builds from random mirrors or Telegram forwards that no catalog lists.

What does “paid for free” mean in the Promeo MOD APK?

It is the mod tag used by the catalog listing the build (HappyMod): the app’s paid features are opened without paying — premium templates, the full stock library, and premium AI tools become usable, and ads are stripped out. It does not mean the app is free on the Play Store; the official app remains freemium with an annual premium subscription.

Why is the package name com.cyberlink.addirector instead of promeo?

Promeo was originally published as “AdDirector — Video Maker for Business” by CyberLink, and the package name com.cyberlink.addirector carried over through the rebrand. It is the same app and the same developer — the package name is how you confirm a Promeo MOD APK file is the genuine article and not a lookalike.

Promeo vs CapCut — which should I download?

For template-driven reels, stories, and business promos, Promeo (especially the modded build with premium templates opened) is faster and more focused. For real video editing — timelines, keyframes, transitions, trending effects — CapCut is the stronger tool. Many creators keep both: Promeo for daily social posts, CapCut for longer or more complex videos.

Does Promeo MOD APK work offline?

The core template editing works offline once assets are downloaded, but browsing the full template catalog and the Shutterstock stock library needs an internet connection — those libraries live on CyberLink’s servers, not in the APK. Download the templates you plan to use while you are online.

Is there a Promeo MOD APK for iPhone?

No. A Promeo MOD APK is an Android file and will not install on iOS — mods do not cross platforms. iPhone users should get Promeo from the App Store; the download and guide on this page are for Android only.

Where can I download Promeo MOD APK latest version?

From the download button on this page — the file is the catalog-listed v8.4.2 “paid for free” build, verified (zip-tested, package-checked) before upload. Avoid re-uploads on random file mirrors; an unverified “premium unlocked” file from an unknown uploader is exactly where tampered APKs come from.

Verdict: Should You Download Promeo MOD APK?

Download it if you post reels, stories, or promos regularly — for a business, a side hustle, or a content page — and you are tired of the premium template paywall deciding how professional your posts look. The Promeo MOD APK with paid features opened turns a good template app into a complete one: every template, the full stock library, the AI tools, no ads.

Skip it if you need a genuine timeline video editor (get CapCut or Splice instead), you only post casually and the free tier already covers you, or you are uncomfortable sideloading modded apps — in which case the official Promeo free version or the annual premium subscription is the straightforward path.

For the template-first creator, this is one of the easiest upgrades on this site: one Promeo MOD APK download, and the paywall that defined the free experience is gone. The verified v8.4.2 Promeo MOD APK file is on the download button above.
